The 2015 MV Agusta Stradale 800 is the touring version of the Rivale. If riding 10 hours a day on the Rivale sounds alright for you, and then the added luggage system and the windscreen should definitely make you smile.stradale 800 tourer

“The new Stradale 800 Tourer is really something out of this world, making it the classiest tourers in the world said the media at the Milan show where it was recently launched to the public and the media, “said Craig Langton. “We will be launching this new model at R 159 900 inclusive of all the added value offers, such as the 3 year free service plan, 0% deposit, up to 72 months to pay, guaranteed trade-in facility, above book value, guaranteed buy back at 60% after 3 years and 24 Hour Road side assist,” said Langton.

All part of the Cayenne strategy of making motorcycles more affordable to all.

The 2015 Stradale offers 115 hp at 11,000 rpm .and max torque is 78.5 Nm. The bike benefits from the electronically assisted shifting, the 8 levels of traction control and 4 mappings for traction control.

As far as suspensions go, the 2015 MV Agusta Stradale 800 is equipped with the same array of Marzocchi forks and a Sachs rear damper, with unchanged travel figures. The ground clearance appears to have also been slightly reduced, and this makes the 870 mm tall seat a bit more accessible to riders with a shorter reach.

The frame is the traditional steel trellis tube, and stopping power comes from dual 320 mm front rotors and a single 220 mm one. ABS is supplied by Bosch, and is the same unit which equips the new 800 RR machines, the 9 Plus, with rear wheel lift-up mitigation.

So the moment when MV Agusta goes adventure will still have to wait a bit. The 2015 Stradale 800 is more of a Ducati Hyperstrada, touring gear added to the base version of a bike, and changing one or two digits in the price figure.

“Here is a class Italian machine with a touring package that stands way ahead of its competition for looks, style, performance and handling,” said Langton. “We are already taking orders for these units, so if this machine is for you, then you will need to reserve it now.”

cayenne give awaysThe Cayenne Group is celebrating its 10th Anniversary with their largest birthday bash ever to be staged by the group, titled the CSF (Cayenne Shopping Festival) from the 20th May to the 20th June. It will also now be an annual event on their marketing calendar, the plan is to make it the largest and most exciting sale ever to be staged in the industry on all motorcycles, new and used, all brands, cars, water craft, ATV’s, parts and accessories.

After spending over 5 years in Dubai studying the retail market, Craig Langton announced that Cayenne would follow a similar strategy by discounting their range of products including accessories at a below cost  by up to 25%.  “We are running the Cayenne Shopping Festival  where we are discounting selected  brands and products by an audited R2 million rand, some motorcycles will discounted up to R100 000,” said Craig Langton co-owner of the Cayenne Group.

“Over and above the massive discounts, customers who spend over R 1000 will go into the lucky draw and  stand a chance of winning a daily prize to the value of up to R15 000  over the festival.”  It’s a nice way to celebrate our 10th anniversary and an opportunity to give back to our customers.” says Craig. We’ll be holding workshop specials, finance specials, accessory specials which will change weekly so keep popping in!cayenne give aways 02

“We have set aside well over R 2 million for  the festival and have a prize fund of R 250 000, prizes will be made up of  motorcycles, Liqui Moly hampers, branded helmets, huge accessories, parts and service vouchers.” It will be one of the biggest sales we have ever had and certainly the best time to buy that dream motorcycle, ATV, car jet ski or get yourself a complete new makeover for yourself and your motorcycle.” said Langton

At what seems like a short time ago when Craig Langton and Doug Acheson started building the group and transformed the motorcycle industry forever with their extraordinary success, and their cast in stone mission and main goal  to make motorcycling more affordable in South Africa to all. This they certainly did in a very short space of time achieving the most incredible feats and growth.

This Cayenne Shopping Festival further shows there commitment to their strategy of affordable motoring.
