KTM TRUCKDon’t you just want one of these sitting outside your house and convert the trailer in to a six star sex palace, with ‘accommodation’, oh yes? The powerful MAN lorry tractor unit is heavily turbocharged and very fast, so you can race that as well. All yours for only R1,200,000!

Only kidding you gullible people. It’s just a cool toy, about the length of your arm, but highly detailed all the same. It is an official KTM product so it won’t break when you stand on it in the night whilst trying to find the loo after ten pints of frothy ale, but it might hurt/twist your foot, so be careful.

So is it a toy, or is it just for display? Who cares, because you know you want one?

lematte

There are a lot of matt (or matte according to the French) coatings out there, found on and including bikes, helmets and other stuff, but nobody makes a specialized cleaner to accommodate them, until now.

Yes, Motul have spent many hours in their chemical booth to come up with this amazing fluid. It’ll clean, protect, and leave behind that cool matt finish for all to enjoy – sweet!

Apparently, Hollywood superstars, like Matt Le Blanc, to keep his complexion nice and shiny, sorry, nice and matt, also use this new Motul product. It’s a bit expensive though, but who cares when you can look as good as this, and your bike and kit will surely enjoy it equally as much.

Price: R450   Go to www.ampsa.co.za to find your closest Motul dealer.

Also available from www.radmoto.co.za - the spray that is, not Mr. Le Blanc

yamaha watches

Have you just placed your order for a new R1, or maybe you’re just looking for a new cool timepiece, then these little beauties might be right up your pit lane.

TW Steel watchmakers make them for Yamaha so they’re not just some sort of promotional plastic rubbish, far from it.

Two versions are available right now; the Rossi and the white strap option next to it have 40mm faces, whilst the other two have a much larger 45mm face, maybe for the older half-blind Yamaha fans who battle to read the instructions on the back of a microwave meal box. And they’re not too expensive either, which is nice.

Price: R1,595.   Call: World of Yamaha (011 259 7604)   www.yamaha.co.za

SBK eyewear2

We’re now well into the new year and summer is still in full swing, so why not treat yourself to a gorgeous new pair of sunglasses, just like these?

SBK Eyewear is the official provider for the World Superbikes series so you know it’s good. These pictured are called a very boring SB759 MRL, but they’re most certainly not boring to own. This design is all the rage in Europe at the moment and they’re polarized, so you’ll easily be able to see little fishes playing in the river, which is nice.

Many other new designs have arrived in SA, so go to this website, and order yourself a new pair right now and become super-cool.

Price: SB759 R1,100     Go to: www.sbkeyewear.co.za to admire the whole range and for contact details.
