Well here’s a new and interesting bike from KTM, the rebirth on their 790 Adventure. However, it’s now filled with everything the bigger 890 has, except for the more expensive suspension components found on the bigger bike.
There’s a new TFT display, cruise control, traction control, ABS modes and power modes, plus a quick-shifter that goes both up and down the gearbox. The 790 engine has also been heavily revised for a smoother power delivery.
The launch price of only R199,999 includes the additional Tech Pack, which unlocks even more features, but this will only last until the first models have been sold- so if you fancy owning a new 790 Adventure, be quick, as they won’t be on the shop floors for long at this price.
